Cancellations & Modifications Policy

At DelicaC’s, we handcraft each of our brigadeiros with care and attention to detail. Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we enforce strict policies on cancellations and order modifications to protect both our customers and our business.
 

Order Modifications:
You can request modifications to your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this period, we are unable to make any changes, as preparation begins promptly after the order is confirmed.

Order Cancellations:

  • Cancellation Window: You can request a cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order. After this period, the sale becomes final, and no cancellations will be accepted.

  • Non-Refundable Orders: Since our products are custom-made, any orders canceled after the 2-hour window will not be refunded.
     

Custom Orders:

  • Large or Corporate Orders: For larger or custom orders (such as corporate gifts or event catering), we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of order placement. If you cancel after the agreed time frame, the deposit will not be refunded.
     

No Refunds on Completed Orders:

  • Once your order is prepared and ready for pick-up or delivery, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
